1.) I think if Serenity worked at it she could probably get him to do it. After all she didn't leave a good first impression on him. HOWEVER, a lot of people don't.

I can tell you that if she shows a lot of respect to his abilities then he could change his mind about her and come work at the Academy.

Well, for one, he's going to have to come to the school festival and two he's going to have to seek out Serenity from there it would pretty much be Serenity doing all the "come work for me."

Well, he only briefly met her, maybe to ensure that Lily isn't hired by someone unsavory? Cause, he would know best about people being able to lie and be all polite in person or over a letter (*coughyoungTomcough*) and he just wants to make sure it's not an act? Aaaand Serenity being Serenity will eventually lead into the "I want to hire you"

Well no one's ever really been given the power of "telepathy" in SM canon (not exact "mind reading" in any case) so really, she would see no reason to defend from it. And Serenity is susceptible to trances and spells when she's not suspecting it soo I don't see why he couldn't. I don't THINK she would notice it either considering there are actual ways to be sneaky about legilimens.

Yeah. And Snape is skilled in it too. So he would have gathered that she's not evil just from that and he probably doubts that she would be able to fool his skills.
